Outline:

DigitalBrain's 'adaptamation' templates let teachers and pupils create interactive web pages, such as crossword puzzles and spelling testers, using some simple wizards.

Suitable for:

Most of the activities can be set up by older primary children as well as teachers. Activities can be created for any age range.

Gap fill tester (cloze procedures)

Web Quest (create a trail of clues that must be answered by visiting websites)
Multiple choice - set a test (including pictures and feedback)

Picture-based
Interactive viewer - set up an annotated slide show based on a single image
Slide show - as many images as you like, with text and sound
Hotspots - put hotspots onto a picture that will pop up messages and link to different websites
