Further Support and Training

There are 3 routes to support and training on the features of the Starz

1. Courses are run at Godmanchester on particular aspects of the service. These are charged at normal training course rates.

2. Individual schools or clusters may book in-school training sessions on any aspect(s) of the new service by contacting ict.service@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
These sessions will be subject to the usual consultancy charges.

3. Email enquiries can be made on details of specific projects to projects@starz.org.uk

Technical Support

As part of the service we will endeavour to ensure that the various online tools are available and working as far as the school door. However, schools will need to ensure that individual machines are configured appropriately to be able to use them. Information on configuration issues, plug-ins etc will be available online. However, if other support is required within the school this will be subject to the usual SLA or pay-as-you-go arrangements.
